In my training practice, I focus on developing effective body coordination using dynamic balance for intermediate level dancers. I am involved in the implementation of awareness exercises where performers can develop the relationship between breath and movement as a prerequisite for effective muscle output and smooth phrasing of movement when falling initiated in different parts of the body. As part of stabilizing and inducing effective body coordination, I focus on connecting the center - periphery using the activity of the pelvic floor muscles and their connection with the movement of the diaphragm.
In floor exercises, my effort is to develop the perception of the internal vertical and spiral movement of the spine with the intention of functionally organizing movement using the fall in different parts of the body. In this part of the training, dynamic changes occur, acceleration and deceleration of movement. Within the framework of dynamic balancing flow, I focus on the movement pattern of release - pressure and stretch - pull, as well as on improving spatial perception in performers.
I also focus on sensitive perception and working with body weight in positions outside the vertical axis, spiral movement of the spine, articulation of the lower and upper limbs when using falls in different parts of the body. Another important element of training is spatial perception, with emphasis on the direction and trajectory of movement using three spatial levels.
